GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION

Turkey intends to integrate the ten largest world economies by 2023, the year of the centenary of the creation of the Republic of Turkey. With investment in a large number of projects it is expected that the value of the gross domestic product will increase and in turn improve employment and exportation levels. Within those projects is the construction of roads, viaducts, airports, seaports and railway tracks, work within many of these has already commence including the project for the high-speed train line. This project on completion will attain the world record for span between axes, this will be executed using BERD'smovable scaffolding system, spanning a distance of 90 meters.

PROJECT BENEFITS

Since there is no railwway line connecting Ankara and Sivas directly, the construction of this line will decrease the travelling time from aproximately 12 hours to 2 hours and 50 minutes.
